Construction Kleaning Services

This klean is typically the first klean offered during the point of construction where stud frames are installed and the building is ready for interior walls. We will have a team go into the jobsite, remove all debris, trash etc, within the framework and will sweep, vacuum, or blow all remaining saw dust and biodegradable debris out of the construction zone and dispose of the remains in the dumpster on site. We will also walk the property and remove all trash from the surrounding area as well.

This klean is when the building is in the stage of mass mayhem and needs a rough clean in order to see what progress has been made and helps the vendor by clearing way for inspections to be done. We will send our team in to remove any debris from the building or placing it in a collective location to help keep organization, dust everything in the building, then vacuum/sweep.

This klean is the deepest klean ensuring to wipe and scrub all surfaces, shelves, doors, frames, tracks, HVAC unit, vents, fixtures, hinges, baseboards, tile, flooring, etc. This klean typically takes 2 or more days to complete depending on sq ft of the building. This klean includes re-touching all surfaces, ledges, switch/plug covers, door frames, fixtures, and anything else that may collect dust and is typically the 2nd to last klean before closing out a project.

This klean includes a list of items tasked by the vendor to complete in order to finish and close out a project.

This klean is invoiced separately and is typically a task that may involve, moving lumber, boxes, removing trash, or any other single tasked activity.

This klean is invoiced separately at a flat rate of $15 per window and includes interior kleaning as well as exterior for 1st story buildings. 

For 2 and 3 story buildings, windows are charged at a flat rate of $15 per window inside and out on the 1st floor and $20 per window inside and out on the 2nd floor and higher.
Sliding glass doors are invoiced at a flat rate of $20 per pane for interior and exterior kleaning.
