Residential Kleaning Services

This may include a light feather-like dusting throughout the home as well as sweeping and mopping your floors. You may request to substitute one action for another upon management approval. 

This may include a light feather-like dusting to any trinkets, wiping shelves, kitchen counters, bathrooms, dishes, changing bed linen, sweeping, and mopping. You may request to substitute two action items for another upon management approval.

This may include dusting/wiping down trinkets, kitchen, dishes, bathrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, changing bed linen, begin laundry, cleaning out the nooks and crannies of your home, under all requested furniture, ceiling fans, fixtures, outdoor furniture and kitchens/grills, sweeping, mopping, and more!

This may include kleaning out any excess trash from a rental, a full scrub from top to bottom including floors, windows, and much more. This klean is used to prepare a home for new tenants or homeowners to move in or out and is only available to those that will not have any furniture in the home.

This klean may include special tasks requested by the client and may vary depending on what actions and tasks are requested.

This klean includes kleaning garage windows, doors, ledges, and floors. We do not offer floor coatings at this time.

This klean includes cleaning out any debris in your gutters ensuring proper water drainage.

This klean is invoiced separately at a flat rate of $15 per window and includes interior kleaning as well as exterior for 1st story homes. 

For 2 and 3 story homes, windows are charged at a flat rate of $15 per window inside and out on the 1st floor and $20 per window inside and out on the 2nd floor and higher.

Sliding glass doors are invoiced at a flat rate of $20 per pane for interior and exterior kleaning.
